Anderson Process has acquired American Controls Inc, a pump distributor and service provider in the Michigan and Northern Ohio regions.
American Controls’s product line includes pumps, meters, dispensing equipment, liquid handling accessories, strainers and filters.
Earlier this year, Brookfield, Wisconsin-headquartered Anderson Process bought pump distributor and service provider Werner Todd Pump Co, expanding the company’s presence in Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio.
Following the American Controls acquisition, Anderson Process now has warehouse and service facilities in Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and Ohio.

The Anderson Process brand will be rolled out to American Controls’s territory and existing customers over the next few months.
