Swiss pump and filtration systems’ manufacturer Maag will present its wide-ranging portfolio of pelletizers, gear pumps and melt filters at Chinaplas in Guangzhou, China from 21-24 May.
Among the products on show will be Maag’s BAOLI-3 third-generation dry-cut pelletizers for processing hard and soft materials. Also on display will be the company’s PEARLO underwater pelletizing system for the production of spherical pellets with throughputs of up to 36,000 kg/h.
From its range of gear pumps, Maag will be presenting the extrexgear pump in x6 class design. Maag has completely re-engineered and redesigned all the components, from the shafts through to the bearings and seals, and optimised the interaction of the components. Specially developed gear teeth with low compression allow very high pressures with low shear rates.
An ERF350 melt filter will also be on show. This filters plastic melts with impurities and separates foreign materials such as paper, aluminum, wood, elastomers or plastics which fuse at a higher temperature with impurity levels up to 18%, all with extremely low melt losses.
The Maag team will be at stand S51 in hall 5.1 at Chinaplas.
