French company SIDE Industrie has further developed its DIP System (Direct In-Line Pump System) range with the introduction of the DIP-T Triplex direct in-line pumping system.
SIDE Industrie specialises in pumping difficult fluids. Its new system, which is fitted with three pumps in one shared body, means it is possible to cascade from 10 to 300% of nominal flow at variable speed within a compact system. If an operator needs to double the flow, then the second unit will start and for tripling the flow, the third unit starts up.
The DIP-T Triplex is designed, like the DIP Duplex, for wastewater networks, storm water, combined sewage networks and industrial water. Its applications include the rehabilitation of Triplex stations, a stronger flow than a duplex system, increased security due to the additional spare pump and the possibility to divide the maximum flow in operation 2+1.
The system has a modular structure, allowing different configurations which include three separate discharges or two shared discharges and one separate discharge and it can be used on all models from the DIP T 21 to the DIP T 501.
