It has been brought to our attention that the unsubscribe function on our mailings is currently not working properly.
We have also been advised that in some cases people may have started receiving communications again after having previously unsubscribed.
We apologise for this and are urgently looking into this.
Because we don’t want to send emails to people who don’t want to receive them, in the short term until we have fixed the problem, we have taken the decision to stop all e-newsletter and e-mail announcements being sent out.
