The FM approval comes from FM Global, an international insurance company which certifies products that conform to international safety standards for risk management and loss protection, FCI says. CSA International tests products for compliance with national and international standards for safety and performance. A CSA certification mark means that the ST50 flowmeter has been formally evaluated and meets the highest safety and performance standards.
FCI’s ST50 flowmeter provides direct mass flow measurement using the company’s thermal dispersion mass flow sensing technology. It measures air flow from 1 to 125 SFPS (0.3 to 38 NMPS), nitrogen from 1 to 150 SFPS (0.3 to 46 NMPS) and compressed air from 4 to 400 SFPS (1.2 to 122 NMPS).
