The event will take place in Fort Worth, Texas, 23–26 October 2017.

The first-time co-location is designed in part to help the HI celebrate this year’s centennial.

“We were looking at ways of bringing the community together to recognize this milestone,” explained Michael Michaud, executive director of the Hydraulic Institute. “By co-locating these two events, we are able to and add considerable value to each organization’s meetings through the shared general sessions and expanded networking and social program.”

Peter Lance, executive director of the Fluid Sealing Association, said: “We are always looking for ways to collaborate with other organizations to bring more value to members, and this will provide an excellent opportunity for members to be exposed to enhanced content, while connecting with a broader group of industry peers.”

The Hydraulic Institute Fall Conference highlights include:

  • Nearly 30 HI technical, education, and marketing committee meetings
  • Half day of general sessions
  • Joint HI/FSA CEO Forum
