Measuring only 21 inches in diameter and 75.5 inches tall, the HP-50 heat pump water heater is slim and portable, making installation in spaces with restricted access easier. Rheems HP-50 heat pump water heater can also be retrofitted for existing electric and gas installations. The energy-saving design of the heat pump water heater will help a family reduce its carbon footprint by nearly two tons annually and the heat pump water heater's 50 gallon storage capacity qualifies for a federal tax credit as well as many state and utility rebates and incentives.
