The controller can make a complete surveillance of pumps and station and enables user to avoid water hammer and pressure on a network, minimize fat build-up and bad smells, keep spare pumps in good condition, avoid pump clogging when unused for long periods, save energy and prepare pump station for heavy duty and avoid flooding of pump station.
Sulzer’s ABS pump controller PC 441 forms the core of a modular system featuring CAN-Bus which is used for internal communication between the central controller and various monitoring modules. The selected system can be mounted in an ABS electrical cabinet to protect the modules from dirt and dust.
