Headquartered in Banyoles, near Girona, Inoxpa had sales of nearly €60 million in fiscal 2016, and EBITDA of €11.5 million. Products include stainless steel pumps, agitators, blenders and valves.
The agreed price was €90 million, corresponding to €76 million of enterprise value and a €14 million positive net financial position.
“The acquisition of a solid, international company like Inoxpa significantly widens the scope of synergies and our opportunity horizon in the food, pharma and cosmetics markets,” said Fulvio Montipò, Interpump Group president and CEO.
