The German company has chosen the AunugaFoodTec event next month to demonstrate the screw spindle pump which is designed to transport high viscosity products used in the food industry through a hopper and via a feed screw extruder unit into the pump.

The pump operates at low speeds of up to 400 rpm and can handle products such as dough, cold chocolate mixture, sausage meat, frozen fruits, mash and mozzarella.

Jung will use the trade show to exhibit the single flow standard Hyghspin series and the double-flow Highspin DF for high pressures.
