JDA Global has been set up to create start-up pump companies and to acquire small to medium-sized pump manufacturers that can serve a worldwide distributor network and end user base.
JDA Global will also serve as a “chief globalization officer” and consultant linking USA distributors with Asian pump manufacturers and low cost country raw material suppliers with US pump companies.
“Fast and flexible will rule our operations. The triad of price, features and delivery will drive all decision-making; lowest possible price, fastest to your door and best fit, form and function. We plan to build long-term relationships with the intention of a “customer for life” protocol,” said Allen, who will serve as CEO of JDA Global.
Allen recently signed a strategic alliance and joint venture partner in India, and is currently establishing a wholly-owned foreign enterprise in China.
The initial pump range will include air operated double-diaphragm pumps and parts, and flexible impeller pumps in metal and plastic, with roll-out scheduled for 1 January 2011.
