Hydraulic Institute adds new standards partners

The new Standards Partner programme from the Hydraulics Institute (HI) provides an opportunity for engineering consultants and pump users to partner with HI members in the development of pump standards and educational efforts. The new partners are Alden Research Laboratory, CDM and John Anspach Consulting.

Alden Research Laboratory is a US hydraulic laboratory specializing in fluid dynamics research and development. CDM is a consulting, engineering, construction, and operations firm, while John Anspach Consulting provides engineering services related to pumping systems employed in water and wastewater treatment, industrial, power, irrigation and flood control pumping.

Participation in HI’s Standards Partner programme is open to engineering consulting firms as well as end-users of pumps who add technical expertise to HI’s committees working with leading pump and supplier OEMs in writing standards and guidelines.
