He will continue to report to Andrew Silvernail, Idex chairman and CEO.
Ashleman most recently held the position of senior vice president and group executive at Idex, leading two of the company’s business segments – Health & Science Technologies and Fire & Safety/Diversified Products. Prior to joining Idex in 2008, Ashleman held management positions at AlliedSignal, Honeywell and Danaher.
