The HiPace60 turbo pump from Pfeiffer Vacuum incorporates an improved rotor design which offers high pumping speeds, high gas throughputs and is resistant to particulate matter and dust.
The turbo pump includes integrated drive electronics and a variety of drive versions, including Profibus and DeviceNet, are available. Remote and sensor functionalities enable pump data, such as temperatures, to be analyzed. The aluminium housing makes the pump more lightweight and the design of its surface offers improved cooling.
