Jenkins, an Australian citizen, is currently the divisional managing director of the Weir Power & Industrial Division and is based in Scotland.
He is a graduate aerospace engineer with extensive experience of engineering materials and logistics best practice, asset management, product development and business restructuring. He has previously worked for Qantas Airlines and for the Australian infrastructure services company UGL Ltd.
Spencer succeeds Jenkins as divisional managing director of the Weir Power & Industrial Division. Spencer is currently European regional managing director of Weir’s Minerals Division and is based in Todmorden, Yorkshire.
A graduate mechanical engineer, Spencer held a number of senior positions with Joy Global before joining Weir Minerals in 2005 as managing director of Todmorden.
