Ovelmen comes to Flowserve from plastics and chemicals company LyondellBasell Industries NV, where she has also served as executive vice president and CFO since 2011.

Ovelmen replaces Michael Taff, senior vice president and chief financial officer, who left Flowserve at the end of March 2015.
