The alliance will develop technologies and deliver equipment and services to optimize the value chain of subsea well intervention systems. It will combine the expertise and capabilities of the three companies, integrating marine support with well-access equipment and control technologies.

Jack Moore, Cameron chairman and CEO, said the alliance represented a real advance in subsea intervention.
