The Leonberg, Germany-based pump manufacturer says the systematization of all activities relevant for work safety and health protection not only reduces accident numbers, but also increases product safety and legal assurance.
“First, this gives customers the certainty that the required aspects for workplace safety and health protection and quality are taken into consideration equally during the manufacturing and operation of our products as well as during the service calls of our employees,” said Lewa quality manager Sven Roser. “The implementation of the workplace safety and health protection management system is also internally monitored and evaluated, which enables the employees to perform in a continuously improved work environment.”
