As president and CEO of Colfax Fluid Handling, Mayhorn will be responsible for leading the strategic direction and daily management of the business. He will report to Steve Simms, Colfax president and CEO.
Mayhorn was most recently president of the Rexnord Aerospace Group and chief human resources officer of Rexnord Corp. Prior to joining Rexnord in 2008, he was president of Danaher Corp’s Aerospace and Defense Group. Mayhorn also held a number of leadership positions within Eaton Corp.
“Darryl’s extensive leadership experience in the industrial space, coupled with his demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and develop talent will be invaluable to the success of our legacy Colfax Fluid Handling business,” said Simms.
