Purchased and built by Estaleiro Enseada do Paraguaçu SA, each FPSO vessel will have three diesel-engine hydraulic driven firewater pump packages from Sulzer Pumps containing centrifugal pumps, diesel engine, hydraulic power unit, fire and gas detection system and all associated auxiliaries.
The pump packages are entirely autonomous and are able to operate continuously for 18 hours independently from the platform.
The FPSO vessels will operate in the central Pre Salt Cluster areas south of Rio de Janeiro state and north of São Paulo state.
