Houston-based Surefire Industries is a designer, fabricator and manufacturer of large-scale, custom-engineered equipment. The company delivers solutions worldwide for the oil and gas industry including upstream, midstream, refining, power generation and chemical manufacturing, including new equipment, aftermarket services, rebuilds and rentals.
With its own in-house engineering, Surefire Industries will now be able to provide a range of equipment packages including compressor, pump, separating, treatment, dehydration, stabilization, metering, process, filtration, motor, condenser, generator, cooling and chiller.
“Our goal is to bring midstream and downstream operators and contractors equipment that will last longer – premium parts, superior engineering, solid construction and a lower total cost of ownership. Just as we’ve made a reputation for doing so with upstream operators and service companies,” said David Hamilton, Surefire’s vice president of sales.
“This expansion makes sense for us,” added Surefire president Jamie Stewart. “It’s about growing a long-term vision. It’s about taking the core strengths we’ve built here over the years and putting them to work where we can both do the most good for customers, and provide more opportunity for our stakeholders. And we’re strategically located to be very competitive within these new markets.”
