Xylem received the highest score (4.4 out of a possible total of five) from Comfort members to win Comfort Supplier of the Year Award 2017.
Xylem’s focus on excellent customer service, timely project delivery and technical expertise was highlighted by customers as being of an exceptional standard. Xylem beat competition from many building services brands to win the award which was announced at a ceremony during Comfort’s recent annual summit, with 450 guests in attendance.
Xylem has been a supplier for Comfort since 2012. With 130 member companies and 1800 certified technicians, Comfort is the largest installation chain on the Swedish market dealing with heating ventilation and air conditioning/building services (HVAC/BS). As Sweden is the third largest country in Europe but with a relatively low population of 10 million, the Comfort network offers national coverage, enabling it to serve customers across Sweden.
