The new range of SHR single stage liquid ring pumps provides the optimum vacuum solution for fly ash handling, particularly in India, where the high ash content of the coal commonly used produces vast quantities of ash to be removed during the combustion process.
“The latest addition to our LRP range completes our liquid ring pump offering for the power sector, and complements the sister two-stage pumps already operating on over 40 GW of generating capacity in India. Edwards is introducing the new liquid ring pump for fly ash handling at Power-Gen India and Central Asia. Visitors to the Edwards booth will have the opportunity to see an SHR11850 pump from the new range, as well as chat with application experts about the right vacuum solutions for their power generation needs.
