The acquisition strengthens the Sulzer Pumps Equipment division’s presence in the French power market, particularly in the nuclear business.
Matis Interventions was founded in 2003 and is located in Locqueltas near Vannes in France. The current owner will remain within the business, and the Locqueltas facility will be maintained and further developed.
