The Fenix Power Plant is a 530 MW combined-cycle natural gas-fired power generation facility located 40 km south of Lima.
EPC (engineering, procurement, construction) for the project is being undertaken by SNC Lavalin Constructors Inc.
The project is scheduled for completion in 2013.
