Metso Wyesco Service Center provides repair services for digester components such as high and low pressure feeders, top separator screws and baskets, chip feeders and steaming screws. The Metso Wyesco Service Center can also repair thick stock and MC pumps, vacuum pumps, gear reducers, process pumps, woodyard equipment, mixers, circulators, agitators, pulper rotors and conveyors.
Wyesco of Louisiana LLC has operated in the service business for more than 10 years and has recently been Metso’s licensed repair facility for the repair of certain pulp mill components. The acquired business, which employs 30 people and is based in Slaughter, Louisiana, will be affiliated to Metso’s Paper and Fiber Technology segment. The new business will operate as Metso Wyesco Service Center.
