Ebara Pumps Americas Corp (EPAC) has signed a contract with a major manufacturer of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment to provide custom solutions for an advanced, flexible chiller system design for new data centres.
EPAC worked closely with Ebara Pumps Europe SpA’s Industrial Business Unit (IBU) to make the custom product for the original equipment manufacturer (OEM).
The customised features reduced manufacturing and production costs, as well as improved the overall reliability of the pump and motor, and the OEM’s custom chiller.
EPAC has expanded cooperation with Ebara Pumps Europe’s IBU and this collaboration is driving sales growth in the US market. Over the last three years, EPAC has achieved annual sales of US$1 million and realised 400% growth in its OEM segment.
