The Grundfos Group has appointed Lone Tvis as the new group senior vice president, human resources.
Tvis comes to Grundfos after a successful 19-year career within large international companies such as Arla Foods and Danfoss.
She will join Grundfos after the summer holiday, and be part of the Group Management Team and Extended Leadership Team.
Tvis will replace Henrik Christiansen, who is leaving Grundfos at the end of April.
“In order to continue our journey and further develop Grundfos, we need to build and continuously develop a strong organisation with a culture of being true innovators and team players. We are already well down the road with our HR transformation, and I look forward to having Lone continue and further strengthen this important effort with the rest of the HR team. And not least have her join the Group Management team, where I am convinced that she with her vast international experience will make great contributions,” said Mads Nipper CEO & Group President.
Grundfos senior director Dennis Munk Bartholomæussen will serve as interim head for Group HR from 1 May 2019 until Tvis starts in her new role.
