Under a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed by KBL and Peru’s ANA, the two organisations will share information and experience in relation to the management, efficient use and best practices of water.
KBL executive director Jayant Sapre said: “The MoU with ANA marks a new beginning in the India-Peru relationship. The world is keenly following LatAm’s mining companies and their performances. And the mining companies in turn are looking at technology providers to give solutions that will help them achieve sustainable development. We are confident that the partnership of India and Latin American countries will go a long way with KBL’s expertise and experience in fluid management systems.”
The MoU was signed at the LatAm Mine Water Conference, held in Lima in August. KBL was the Premium Bronze Sponsor of the conference.
