At ISH 2013 KSB plans to demonstrate that its customers stand to benefit from the company’s expertise for any application, large or small. Also, a new product, Calio, that will be unveiled on the first day of the trade fair.
Running from 12 - 16 March 2013, ISH provides a showcase for bathroom design, energy efficient heating and air-conditioning technology and renewable energies.
One of the KSB’s exhibits, showcased for the first time, will be the latest version of the Etanorm type series which the company has been manufacturing without interruption since 1936.
KSB’s engineers applied CFD technology to optimise the hydraulic contours. Thanks to an efficient hydraulic system, the pump sets already meet the EU requirements of Commission Regulation 547/2012/EC for water pumps, which will enter into force in 2015.
Another product t in the field of ‘saving energy’ is the SuPremE motor developed by KSB. The motors have at least 15% less power dissipation than that prescribed for efficiency class IE3 from 2015 or 2017 by Commission Regulation (EC) 640/2009. This means that they meet the requirements of efficiency level IE4 to IEC/CD 60034-30 Ed. 2 already today.
