The D122N diaphragm metering pump offers users a choice of housing materials to meet their application needs. These include 316L stainless steel, polypropylene (PP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF). The pump is available in a range of sizes covering 270 to 1400 l/h dosing capacities. All models offer manual or automatic electric dosing capacity adjustment via stroke length or a frequency controlled drive motor.
The hermetically sealed operation of mechanical diaphragm pumps such as the D122N offer excellent solutions if the dosing liquid is hazardous or contains small amounts of suspended solids. The D122N operates at pressures of up to 6 bar and strokes per minute (spm) between 56 and 140 at 50 Hz.
