Aurora, Colorado-based Schloss Engineered Equipment designs headworks screening, compacting, conveying, washing and dewatering technologies.

The acquired company will be relaunched as Schloss Environmental Equipment Inc, a Smith & Loveless Company. Schloss products will be incorporated into Smith & Loveless’s Municipal, Industrial, After Market and International Sales Division offerings. Smith & Loveless specialises in engineered pumping, treatment and separation technology solutions for the global water and mining industries.
