URACA GmbH & Co. KG, based in Germany, manufactures high pressure cleaning pumps and systems. The trend to build compact pumps which still meet increasing performance requirements was behind the decision to adapt and review the company’s sewer cleaning pump range. It says the P3-15 meets those requirements, and they describe its design as ‘athletic’, which makes it powerful and most importantly, lightweight. The 56 kW pump weighs 63 kg which is significantly lower than other pumps of the same power range
In addition, low maintenance and individually replaceable stuffing boxes are important features of the pump which can also be available for hydraulic drive, and its footprint is reduced by teeth splined shaft coupling.
