In this newly created position, Milando will be responsible for driving operational excellence and process simplification across the organization. Milando will report directly to Xylem president and CEO Patrick Decker.
He will also serve as a member of Xylem’s Senior Leadership Team and will be based at the company’s global headquarters in Rye Brook, New York.
Milando, 52, most recently held a number of senior executive roles at Stanley Black & Decker Corp, including vice president Corporate Growth and vice president, Global Operations.
