The 12 month initial contract, with a potential five year extension, covers all pump maintenance including product replacement and, for the first time, pump repair and rental.
For the past 15 years Yorkshire Water has outsourced all maintenance to a third party, but has now set up the pump repair framework to deal directly with suppliers such as ITT.
ITT WWW’s field sales engineer,Mark Collinson, said: “This is a significant result for us and a great achievement for the team.
