US water treatment technology company Kinetico Inc has bought Nimbus Water Systems, a Southern California-based manufacturer of commercial and residential water treatment products.
Nimbus Water Systems has been designing and manufacturing reverse osmosis water treatment systems for more than 45 years. The company has partnerships with companies in the food and beverage market as well as strong US distribution of its residential reverse osmosis water treatment systems.

Anthony and Patti Capone will remain with the organization providing leadership and guidance, and Nimbus will continue to operate from its location in Temecula, California.
