Founded in 1973 by the Davies family, Javac UK specialises in vacuum and refrigeration products. Javac UK managing director Steve Davies and sales director Scott Davies will remain with the business under Aspen Pumps ownership.
Australia-based Javac Pty Ltd is not part of the deal and remains a separate company under private ownership.

Javac UK is Aspen Pumps’ second recent acquisition. Earlier this year, Aspen Pumps purchased Salina SAS, a French distributor of air-conditioning and refrigeration ancillaries. Prior to the acquisition, Salina was Aspen Pumps’ distributor in France.
