As of April 1, 2009, the water treatment division of Ebara Corp's Environmental Engineering Company and the water treatment division of Ebara Environmental Engineering Co Ltd have been separated from their parent organizations and all the water business has been transferred to Ebara Engineering Service Co Ltd.
Masayoshi Hirose, president and representative director, Ebara Engineering Service Co Ltd said: “By this reorganization, we have become an all-round water company providing total solutions in the water business from construction of water-treatment facilities to operation maintenance and control, and management.”
