Franklin Electric Co Inc has acquired Industrias Rotor Pump SA, an Argentinian provider of water pumping equipment.
Headquartered in Buenos Aires, Industrias Rotor Pump imports, manufactures, assembles and distributes water pumping equipment for sale to distributors and other resellers in Argentina.
In fiscal 2017, Industrias Rotor Pump had annual sales of approximately US$21 million.

Industrias Rotor Pump’s results will be reported in Franklin Electric’s Water Systems segment beginning in the third quarter of 2018.
