Michael Larsen, Gardner Denver vice president and chief financial officer (CFO), has been named interim CEO. Gardner Denver board chairperson Diane Schumacher will actively assist Larsen during the transition period.
Gardner Denver’s transitional leadership plan includes the return of the recently retired T Duane Morgan who has been appointed vice president of the company and president, Engineered Products Group. Morgan previously served in this position from January 2009 until his retirement in May this year.

I wish them only the best,” said Pennypacker, who wserved as president and CEO of Gardner Denver since January 2008.
