The company says it is continuing to see a strong interest from service companies who are looking to reduce their total cost of ownership.
The Thunder Series of pumps was introduced to the market earlier this year at the Offshore Technology Conference in Houston, Texas.
“The Thunder Series delivers what our customers are asking for - increased flow and reduced maintenance costs,” said Larry Kerr, vice president and general manager for the Gardner Denver PI&P division. “Thunder joins a proud legacy and is already making an impact. In fact, field test results have exceeded even our own high expectations.”
“The Thunder is really the ultimate ‘all of the above’ well servicing pump,” said Kerr. “Our engineers combined reliability, efficiency and horsepower into a compact design that is safer to operate and easier to service than any other pump on the market.”
Gardner Denver’s P&IP division is part of the Gardner Denver Energy Group, a global manufacturer of industrial compressors, blowers, pumps, loading arms and fuel systems.
