Grundfos extends Kansas facility lease

Grundfos says that the extension will give the company the time it needs to develop and implement plans to build a more permanent space in Johnson County.

Grundfos currently employs more than 250 people in the Kansas City area. In addition to sales, Grundfos Kansas City is home to a number of functions including human resources, information systems, credit and finance, customer service, product management, marketing, customer and employee training, and Grundfos’s North American headquarters for research and development.

“This extension further strengthens our long-term commitment to the Kansas City area,” said Dennis Wierzbicki, president of Grundfos USA. “Grundfos established a presence in the US 40 years ago and, since then, the American market has become absolutely crucial to our global business.”
