Jan Lüder to head up Voith Hydro

Jan Lüder is to become president and CEO of Voith Hydro and a member of the corporate board of management of the Voith Group effective 1 April 2025.

He succeeds Dr Tobias Keitel, who will continue his career outside Voith.

Lüder was most recently president of Sulzer's Flow division and member of the executive committee of Sulzer AG. Between 2015 and 2022, he held management positions at Thyssenkrupp, including CEO of the Mining Technologies division and previously CEO Industrial Solutions Asia Pacific and CEO Asia Pacific, based in Singapore. From 1995 to 2015, he worked for Siemens AG in the Metals Technologies, Industrial Solutions and Power Generation divisions with international management functions in Asia (China, Malaysia) and Europe (Germany, Finland, Austria).

Lüder holds a degree in electrical engineering from Germany’s Technical University of Berlin.
