The project included two FM/UL approved fire water pump sets driven by electric motors and diesel engines, two jockey pumps, valves and pipes.
JSPL is one of the first steel plants in India to install this advanced fire fighting system. Kirloskar Brothers has three factories located in India, the UK and USA that are FM approved and are capable of manufacturing this range of pumps.
