The FXM series, formerly branded under Flowrox, will be fully integrated into Lutz-Jesco's range of transfer and metering equipment. The acquisition includes all related technology, designs, and intellectual property ensuring a smooth transition and continued support for current FXM customers.

The Flowrox trademark and brand remain with Valmet.

Lutz-Jesco says that this strategic acquisition enhances its portfolio and strengthens its global presence in industrial and municipal fluid handling markets.

“We are excited to welcome the FXM line into the Lutz-Jesco family,” said Heinz Lutz, CEO of Lutz-Jesco GmbH. “This addition expands our product offerings and enhances our ability to serve demanding applications across industries such as water treatment, mining, and chemical processing.”

Dr Markus Seitenberg, president of Lutz-Jesco Americas and head of global strategy, added: “This acquisition aligns with our strategic vision of delivering reliable, high-performance solutions. FXM pumps are a strong complement to our lineup, offering proven efficiency and reliability for the most challenging environments.”

Lutz-Jesco will maintain uninterrupted product availability, technical support, and service for FXM customers. The company also plans to invest in further development of the FXM range.

Valmet's divestiture of the FXM line reflects its flow control business focus on core operations.
