The MV PosiTrap from Mass-Vac is positively sealed at both ends. The filter elements come in a variety of specialised media which are easy to change and can be tailored to different processes. The Vacuum inlet traps are equipped with quick-release clamps which enable it to be changed in-line. The MV PosiTrap comes in 10 and 20 cm diameter, and straight-through and right-angled models which hold one- and four filter elements each. Filter types include stainless steel and copper gauze, molecular siebe, activated charcoal, pleated polypropylene in 2, 5 and 20 µm pore sizes, and Sodasorb.
