Netzsch awarded New Work Excellence seal

Germany’s Netzsch Pumpen & Systeme GmbH has been awarded the New Work Excellence seal of approval by the Bavarian Employers’ Associations for the Metalworking and Electrical Industries (bayme vbm) for the second time.

bayme vbm awards the seal of approval annually to companies where innovation and agility play a major role and are actively practiced.

The award follows an extensive qualification process, including a detailed audit. The process was designed by the Institute for Employment and Employability IBE at the Ludwigshafen University of Applied Sciences on behalf of the bayme vbm, included submitting specific documents and a detailed on-site assessment.

"This recognises our continuous efforts to create a working environment that promotes innovation, values diversity and supports flexible working models,” said Rita Buchner, director human resources at Waldkraiburg-headquartered Netzsch Pumpen & Systeme. “It confirms our engagement for a culture offering everyone the opportunity to realise their full potential.
