The young people, who started on 2 September, are being trained in a total of nine professions at Netzsch Pumpen & Systeme. On their first day, they were welcomed to the Netzsch campus by their trainers and Rita Buchner, director of Human Resources.
In addition to getting to know the company with the management and the youth and trainee representatives, the first week programme includes the annual trainee excursion, this time to Austria. The aim is for the trainees to get to know each other better and strengthen the team spirit.
