Versa-Matic, the producer of Air Operated Double-Diaphragm (AODD) pumps, has launched new 2” and 3” dimensionally interchangeable drop in bolted metallic pumps.
The new drop-in pumps are the latest addition to the Versa-Matic product offering, and allow pump owners to upgrade installed Versa-Matic, or competitor clamp style pumps to the new bolted drop in design, without the time and expense of system changes.
“We anticipate these new dimensionally interchangeable drop-in pumps to be very well received in the AODD marketplace” said Tim Caldwell, Versa-Matic product manager.
“The drop-in aspect allows users to easily convert from a clamp to a bolted pump unit without the expense of new foot mounts and piping changes. In addition, these pumps provide enhanced solids passage, flow rates, and seal, in many cases, over clamp style units.”
The drop-in pump product launch included a new product flyer, new service manual and data sheet and training materials.
