The 4-in solids-handling CD140M and 8-in by 6-in CD180M portable diesel pumps offer both elevated heads and solids handling capabilities without sacrificing flow rate, Godwin says. The CD140M pump has total dynamic heads to 280 ft, solids handling to three in diameter and flows to 1,100 GPM. The CD180M pump has total dynamic heads to 280 feet, solids handling to 3 in in diameter and flows to 2,000 GPM.
The CD140M and CD180M solids handling pumps are automatic self-priming Dri-Prime pumps with the ability to prime and re-prime from dry. Featuring an oil bath mechanical seal, Godwin’s pumps run dry with out damage and are suitable for intermittent flow conditions associated with bypass pumping and back-up municipal lift station applications.
